Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Where permitted by applicable law, products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return once the seal has been opened.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
